2015 Jammers Hoopin’ Madness in Charleston, South Carolina

Thank you to the Youth and Women’s teams that made the 2015 Jammers Hoopin’ Madness Tournament a huge success this past weekend – April 18 & 19. Congratulations to the Fort Bragg Lady Dragons for winning the Championship Game versus the Memphis Lady Tigers.

There was Round Robin Play on Saturday. Each team played one another once. This set up the seeding for the single elimination bracket play for Sunday –  11:00am   1. Memphis Lady Tigers (3-0) vs  4. Fort Gordon (0-3)  Memphis defeated Fort Gordon (56-31). 11:00am   2. SC Storm (2-1) vs  3. Fort Bragg (1-2) The SC Storm and Fort Bragg battled in a hard fought first round game. This game was won by Fort Bragg in the remaining seconds…47-43.  1:00pm The Lady Tigers and Lady Dragons advanced to the Championship. The lead changed many times throughout the game. The score was 41-39 with 1:43 on the clock…Fort Bragg. Memphis had many opportunities to capitalize but couldn’t score the necessary buckets. Fort Bragg held on to win the Championship…47-39.
