Ms. Brown,
Thank you for following the WBCBL. To clarify our standard process: (1) The National tournament bracket is set prior to the regional tournaments and the seeding based upon the regional tournament results and overall league ranking. (2) The attempted time change was due to a team that was running late, but unfortunately, they did not arrive with enough players to start their game. Therefore, we went back to the original game schedule that was initially setup and all teams agreed.
